After this, we build the wheels entirely by hand and use the most modern equipment, to the highest standards in the industry. 1. INTAKE

We are happy to give advice and make you a personal proposal. Our specialty is translating your wishes and desires as a rider into a technically perfect wheelset with the correct driving characteristics and a suitable appearance. This can be done with the form below or in a short conversation by telephone. You can also visit our 400m2 showroom. Practice shows that it can usually be determined in the first meeting which wheelset configuration is most suitable for you.

2. CONSTRUCTION

After the optimal configuration has been determined, the wheels are built entirely by hand. This is done according to the highest possible standard and with the help of the most modern equipment (link workshop). The wheels are delivered completely 'de-stressed': retensioning is no longer necessary, and your wheels will always remain tight and without spoke failure. At Wheel-Tec you are therefore assured of an optimized wheelset that not only suits you perfectly in terms of material choice and appearance, but also in terms of stiffness and durability.

3. DELIVERY

The delivery time for your new wheels is usually 15-20 working days. You can have your wheels delivered completely ready-to-ride with our interesting tires and parts packages. Wheels can be picked up or shipped (worldwide). Optionally, you can have your wheels mounted in your bicycle (by appointment) in our professional bicycle workshop: ready while you wait!

4. SERVICE

We recommend that you offer your wheels at least annually for regular maintenance. This way you are assured of a trouble-free and safe wheelset. You can of course contact us for regular and special maintenance of your wheels. Wheel-Tec stands for quality. In addition to the extensive product warranty, we also offer a lifelong spoke breakage guarantee on our wheels and a 2 + 2 year crash replacement scheme (20% discount on parts to be replaced).
